In case you are wondering…

  • I send out The Longing Club once a month at the end of each month. Subscribers typically receive their mail within 3–10 days after it ships.

    Subscriptions are grouped into monthly mailing cycles:

    Orders placed between the 1st and 20th of the month will receive the following month’s mailing. Orders placed after the 20th will receive the next month’s cycle.

    For example:

    • Orders placed July 1–20 will receive their first mail in August

    • Orders placed July 21–August 20 will receive their first mail in September

    • Orders placed August 21–September 20 will receive their first mail in October

  • Yes! The Longing Club makes a lovely ongoing gift for someone you love, someone who's hard to shop for, or someone who could use a little happy mail.

    When you are checking out, use their name and mailing address along with your payment info. Then, if you'd like, you can email me (hello@the-honest-studio.com) and let me know your purchase was a gift. I'll include a note letting them know it's from you (so they don't spend weeks wondering who their mysterious mail admirer is).

  • Mail can be a little unpredictable and occasionally decides to take the scenic route. US orders typically arrive within 10 days, but can take up to 2–3 weeks depending on USPS timing.

    If your mail hasn’t arrived by the end of the month, please reach out and I will make it right! Please also double-check your shipping address in your confirmation email to make sure it’s correct.

  • Email me at hello@the-honest-studio.com and I can help with cancellations or updates to your subscription, including your shipping address. Please try to reach out before the 20th of the month so I have time to make any adjustments before the next edition goes out. :)
